Lance Sullivan Operations Manager
Lance is responsible for all field operations, technical support, and direct customer interface at the well site. Lance was born and raised in Woodson, Texs where he is well known for his service to the community as an 8 year City Council member. Lance has over 10 years of well service experience, with most of it being in the north Texas region.
Donny Burleigh Business Unit Manager
Donny is responsible for business administration functions, including quotes, billing, supply chain, accounting, and overall business performance. Prior to joining Triumph, Donny’s 30-year tenure in the oil and gas service industry includes key management roles within Baker Hughes and FMC Technologies. These roles include business development and service account management for major and independent oil and gas operators.
Steven Quance President
Steven is responsible for the strategic development and overall leadership of Triumph Drilling. He has spent his career developing high performance plastics/products, creating exceptional customer service, and managing efficient and successful business operations in various industries, including specialty plastics, medical devices, powersports dealership, and oil and gas.
